Weleda uses distilled and deionized water. Distilled water has been boiled and the steam has condensed, yielding pure, uncontaminated water.

Sunflower oil is a light vegetable oil that works as a perfect massage oil and it is ideal for the attention of normal and combination skin. Due to its high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids, such as linoleic and oleic acid, it is full of skin caring properties.

Caprylic/Capric triglyceride is a mixture of two fatty acid esters. The mixture is a light, skin-soothing oil with very good dispersive properties, which is also suitable for sensitive skin. The fatty acid esters are made from plant oils.
