Weleda Shipping and Return Policy

We go to great lengths to ensure the quality of our products and your satisfaction with them. You may return products if you are not satisfied or feel the item is damaged. We'll exchange or refund if your return is received within 30 days of the purchase date.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. We will notify you via email or phone when this transaction has taken place. For credit card returns, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction.

Our Simple Exchange Policy

We gladly pay for the re-shipping cost of exchanged merchandise. Simply contact our customer service department and request a pre-paid label and note exchange(s) wanted.


Errors or Damaged Merchandise

In the unlikely event, you receive damaged or incorrect items, simply contact our customer service department and request a pre-paid label. Upon receipt of the label, return the item(s) along with a note of explanation. Our mistake will cost you nothing. 1.800.241.1030 ext. 1.


What information do you need from me to issue a refund via credit card?

We will need the following information in order to refund the value of the products being returned to your card:

  • Name on the card
  • Credit Card Number
  • Expiration Date
  • Security Code (3 or 4-digit code, depending upon the type of credit card)

Returns at a retail location or purchases from other websites

If you purchased your Weleda product from a retail store, please contact the store directly for their return policy. Currently, we are unable to accept returns of products purchased at a retail location.

When will my order be processed and shipped?

For all orders placed Monday-Friday before 8 AM EST, we process your order that day, excluding holidays / weekends. We ship in 2 business days, pending product availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 10 AM EST are processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10 AM EST are processed on the following Monday. Our customer care team will contact you if we need additional information for credit verification.


How will my package be shipped, and what does it cost?

We ship all orders via UPS or USPS. We are therefore unable to shop to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Actual UPS shipping is charged for all deliveries including special delivery services, such as 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
Orders shipped via UPS ground will arrive within 3 to 9 business days from the time your order has been placed. Shipping time depends upon the delivery location.


Do you ship internationally? Can I use an International Credit Card?

We are currently unable to ship orders outside the U.S. We are also unable to accept international credit cards for all orders.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your UPS or USPS tracking number. Click on the tracking number to view your package’s delivery status.
