Weleda 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We go to great lengths to ensure the quality of our products and your satisfaction with them. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Weleda product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or product exchange within 45 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Weleda 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
How to Claim the Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please call our customer service department at 1(800)241-1030 and have information available regarding when and from whom you purchased your product. If you purchased your product from one of our authorized sellers, we recommend that you first contact our authorized seller because you may be entitled to a refund or product replacement under our seller’s own policies.
If we approve your Guarantee request, you will then need to mail your product, proof of purchase, and Guarantee approval confirmation number to:

Please note you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing these items, unless you ordered your product from Weleda.com and received the wrong product or a product that was damaged.
Once we have received your materials and confirmed that you provided all required materials and are eligible for the Guarantee, we will issue your refund or replacement product.
If you requested a refund and purchased your product from Weleda.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. We will notify you via email or phone when this transaction has taken place. For credit card returns, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction.
If you requested a refund and purchased your product from one of authorized sellers, we will mail you a refund check.
- To be eligible for the Weleda Guarantee, you must call our customer service department within 45 days of the date of purchase.
- The Guarantee is limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
- We reserve the right to verify customer information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in our sole discretion if we determine that a customer is abusing the Guarantee, has engaged in fraud, or is otherwise ineligible for the Guarantee.
Errors or Damaged Merchandise
In the unlikely event that you ordered from Weleda.com and received a damaged or incorrect item, simply contact our customer service department at 1.800.241.1030 ext. 1 and request a pre-paid mailing label. Upon receipt of the label, please return your item(s) along with a note of explanation. Our mistake will cost you nothing.

When will my order be processed and shipped?
For all orders placed Monday-Friday before 8 AM EST, we process your order that day, excluding holidays / weekends. All orders received after 8AM will be processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 8 AM EST are processed on the following Monday. Our customer care team will contact you if we need additional information for credit verification.
How will my package be shipped, and what does it cost?
We ship all orders via UPS or USPS. We are therefore able to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders are shipped via Ground Service and will arrive within 3 to 9 business days from the time your order has been placed. Shipping time depends upon the delivery location.
Do you ship internationally? Can I use an International Credit Card?
We are currently unable to ship orders outside the U.S. We are also unable to accept international credit cards for all orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your UPS or USPS tracking number. Click on the tracking number to view your package’s delivery status.
