How to Use

True Help for damaged muscles
Arnica is probably as old as the planet but I know it actually works for bruising and hurt bodies. My grandmother used it and I grew up not knowing what a bruise was because I never saw one. I so appreciate Weleda for bringing a true help to me in my needs with my damaged spine and knees. I love the sports cream. The bath soak is wonderful as well.

Indispensible For older skin
