Amara is a synergetic blend of bitter herbs that are known to help soothe and support your normal digestive process. Bitter extracts of yarrow, centaury, chicory, yellow gentian root and dandelion are traditionally used to support the digestive process. A blend of extracts of garden sage, masterwort, wormwood and juniper were known for their synergistic calming and stomach soothing roles for those bitter herbs.

How to Use
7 to 10 drops 3-4 times daily before meals and at bedtime.
