Weleda Skin Food Lip Butter intensively nourishes even the driest, chapped lips. Leave lips feeling sublimely soft, especially in cold weather conditions, with this ultra-hydrating plant oil blend. Weleda Skin Food Lip Butter is formulated with a combination of Sunflower Seed Oil, Chamomile and Calendula extracts for lips that crave nourishing care. The formula glides on and melts into lips, leaving them feeling supple with a slight glossy sheen. Can be used alone or with makeup. Skin Food Lip Butter is dermatologist tested, free from synthetic fragrances, colors, preservatives, and raw materials derived from mineral oils, and never tested on animals.

Sunflower oil is a light vegetable oil that works as a perfect massage oil and it is ideal for the attention of normal and combination skin. Due to its high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids, such as linoleic and oleic acid, it is full of skin caring properties.
Wool Wax
Lanolin
Lanolin is particularly suitable as an ingredient for products for the attention of dry and rough skin, and products in the diaper area. Its consistency and composition is very similar the human skin sebum. It is gained from raw wool after the shearing of sheep. The wax is able to bind water and has a high-water absorption capacity.
Beeswax

Beeswax helps skin feel hydrated and moisturized. Beeswax helps skin feel soothed from dryness without inhibiting its ability to breathe.

Alcohol is another term for ethanol or ethyl alcohol. In manufacturing plant extracts contained in Weleda's products, mixtures of alcohol and water are used as extraction agents in some formulations. The consistency and stability of natural cosmetic products are improved by alcohol.

Weleda uses distilled and deionized water. Distilled water has been boiled and the steam has condensed, yielding pure, uncontaminated water.
