Day 22: Treat Yourself
We all need a treat now and then and at this point, you’ve earned it. Indulge in some dark chocolate, which is high in free radical-fighting antioxidants that are beneficial to your skin.
Be sure your confection contains at least 70% cocoa to reap the full benefits. Dark chocolate has been shown to lower the stress hormone, cortisol, raise serotonin levels and lower inflammation. All good news to keep you looking and feeling healthy inside and out.
